We make traditional foods from different cultures around the world and provide them to the people of Calgary. The foods that we make are fresh, local, organic and most importantly they taste great!
Our first product is a traditional food from Japan called Natto~!
Natto (納豆, なっとう) is a nutritious, fermented, probiotic soybean dish traditionally eaten in Japan for breakfast (usually served on top of a bowl of rice with miso soup on the side). Our natto is made in Calgary from organic Canadian soybeans and is provided fresh (not frozen). Enjoy this probiotic food (also known as “vegan cheese”) on top of rice, crackers, chips, crostini, crudités…and more!

Buckwild Traditional Foods is moving to Montreal! It was wonderful to meet so many Calgarians these past 3 years interested in natto and health!
